DRINKING IN PANAMA #2


Please enjoy this video preparing a cocktail in ZAZA, a very cool restaurant/bar located in Casco Viejo. This is all a collaboration with Mixology By Perrier.

Recipe:

Whisky Ricky
1.5 oz buchanan’s
1 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz sugar syrup
4 oz Perrier
Instructions: In a mixing tin, shake whisky, lemon juice and sugar for ten seconds. Strain over fresh ice in Collings glass, top with Perrier and a lemon peel.
